The Davis® Method, a completely different approach, giving mastery over dyslexia, ADHD, neurodivergent thinking, and autism.
At Overcoming Dyslexia, we empower individuals to overcome their difficulties by using tools not given in other programs. These tools and course materials give the participant (and family) the ability to self-regulate their energy, focus, obtain academic success and participate more fully in life!
Our approach is based on the pioneering methods developed by Ron Davis, which have been refined over decades of research and practice.
What do you need to do well in school?
Neurodiverse thinking does not have to be a barrier to learning or success. The Davis® Method was designed to remove the barrier that is stopping someone from learning, and provide individuals with the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive in both academic and personal pursuits. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, or an adult seeking assistance, we are here to help.

We understand that every individual and situation is unique, which is why our programs are personalized to meet the specific needs and learning styles of each participant. “This is still one of the best gifts I have ever given my amazing boys. Thank you, Carl, for giving them the gift of being able to show and know they are extraordinary. They will now soar instead of just coping. They do not have a disability; they learn differently and thank you for teaching them the difference! You are amazing!”
Leah, mother of two teenage sons both with ADHD and Dyslexia
